Through the contact form we collect your name, email, optional telephone and message, for the sole purpose of answering your request and giving form to a possible commission. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to you. These data are never sold.
Retention
Your data is kept only for as long as necessary to handle your request and any ensuing relationship, then deleted.
Service providers & transfers
Form messages are delivered via Resend (email) and the site is hosted and measured via Vercel: both based in the United States. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
You may access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and request its portability. To exercise these rights, write to contact@maison-grande-remise.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Measurement & cookies
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly and cookieless measurement that stores no personal identifier and does not track you across sites. A single strictly functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) remembers your language preference; necessary for the site to work, it is exempt from consent and is used for no tracking. No advertising cookie is placed.
